The program

Through precise pedagogy, tools, coaching, you will be guided toward your standing acrobatic goals by highly experienced acrobats and teachers. The group will be limited in size so that there will be a maximum of 3 duos per teacher.

During these two weeks and during the course of each day of training, each individual will train for their role (flyer/base) and each pair will train and be coached toward their objectives.

This is not a training where you should only look for fancy, but where you will find methodology, calibration, tempos to create solid and clean habits in your bodies and minds to progress on your skills. Of course, we will have some fun !

You will leave this training with a routine you can repeat (!) on your own and in your pair at home, to continue growing and evolving in your practice.

As the group will be small, the level range will be reduced compared to bigger programs.
To benefit from this program, ensure homogeneity, safe spotting, consistent progress, you will need with your duo the following base level :
H2H
  • 10 sec hold with no walking
  • walk in a square
  • 3 tempos
F2H
  • 30 sec hold no walking
  • 3 tempos together (no disconnect)
Registration per duos
(or trios)

As this training is designed for pairs to progress on their targeted skills, you cannot register by yourselves : it is not the intent to mix training partners.
Training will also happen in groups though as spotting and community are an integral part of our discipline.
